In this section, you can set and manage the points awarded for various interactions and achievements on the platform. This customization allows you to create an engaging reward system that encourages user activity and loyalty.
Specify the number of points users earn with every purchase made through WooCommerce. This reward encourages users to make regular purchases, integrating gamified rewards with e-commerce functionality.
(Note: This setting will only appear if WooCommerce is active on your WordPress site.)
Points per Touch
Set the number of points users earn for each touch interaction (default is 100 points per touch). This value is used in the Orb Touch game mode to reward daily user engagement.
Maximum Daily Earning by Touch
Define the maximum points a user can earn through touch interactions in a single day (default is 1000 points). This cap encourages regular daily interaction while managing the reward output.
New Referral Bonus
Specify the bonus points awarded to users when they refer a new member to the platform (default is 1000 points). This reward incentivizes users to expand the platform’s reach.
Bonus for Completing Profile
Assign points as a one-time reward for users who complete their profiles (default is 500 points). This motivates users to provide complete information, enhancing your data collection and segmentation capabilities.
Points Awarded for Each Day of Account Age
Set the daily reward for account age, where users earn points for each day their account remains active (default is 100 points per day). This encourages long-term engagement and rewards loyalty based on account longevity.
Sign-Up Bonus Points
Define the initial points awarded to new users upon signing up (default is 1000 points), giving them a head start in the reward system and motivating new sign-ups.
