This section is the most exciting part for the user, They can claim their prizes in various forms, whether it’s cash, check, PayPal USD, gift cards, cryptocurrency like USDT, discount codes, physical goods, or any other method that the application owner decides to implement to make the app more engaging.

This section provides an overview of reward setup and conditions for awarding prizes in the admin panel.

Create Reward

The Reward Information box allows administrators to specify details about a reward, including descriptions, requirements, and the conditions necessary for the user to claim it.

  • Reward Description: A brief explanation of the reward. Use this field to describe the nature of the reward and its purpose.

  • Message After Reward: A message displayed automatically to the user after they claim the reward.

  • User Information Requirement:

    • Yes: Additional information will be requested from the user upon claiming.
    • No: No additional information will be requested.
  • Reward Confirmation Requirement:

    • Yes: Admin approval is needed before the reward is officially granted to the user.
    • No: The reward is granted immediately after the user claims it.
  • Required Points: Specifies the number of points the user needs to redeem this reward.

  • Required Referral Count: Specifies the number of referrals the user must achieve before redeeming the reward.

  • Required Level: Specifies the user level necessary for reward eligibility.

  • Status: Defines the reward’s visibility and availability to users:

    • Active: The reward is available for users to claim.
    • Deactivate: The reward is not available to users.

Reward History Log

This section provides a comprehensive log of a user’s reward history, detailing the status of each claimed reward and any dialogue related to the user’s reward requests.

Overview of Fields

  • Status

    • This dropdown menu displays the current status of the reward claim:
      • Pending Review: The reward claim is awaiting verification by the administrator.
      • Verified: The reward claim has been approved and will proceed to the next steps of the payout.
      • Rejected: The reward claim has been denied; this option is hidden by default and may need to be enabled if necessary.
  • Method

    • This field displays the method chosen for distributing the reward. Examples include “PayPal USD,” “Gift Card,” or “Crypto.” It is disabled and cannot be edited directly in this section.

Dialogue About History

This section enables administrators to engage in a dialogue with the user regarding the specific reward claim.

  • Leave a Reply to the User Who Requested History

    • This button allows the administrator to leave a message or request additional information from the user. Clicking this button opens a reply window for the administrator.
  • Comment Actions

    • The comment actions allow administrators to moderate conversations, such as marking replies as spam or moving them to trash. An undo option appears if a comment is mistakenly removed.
