Tasks & Get Reports by Mini Chat

Main Gradient

Tasks are an essential part of your platform’s engagement strategy, designed to reward users for completing specific actions. Just like popular platforms such as Crowdflower or Swagbucks, tasks can drive significant value by incentivizing users to participate in activities that benefit both the platform and the app owner. These tasks can generate revenue, improve user engagement, and boost the overall user experience.

  • Task Description
Provide a clear and engaging description for the task. Make sure users understand what is required to complete the task.
  • Task Points Reward
Define how many points a user will earn upon successfully completing the task. These points act as an incentive to encourage users to perform specific actions.
  • Status
Set the status of the task to either:
    — Active: The task is available for users to complete.
    — Deactivate: The task is no longer available for users, and they cannot complete it.

Why Tasks Are Important

By offering users the ability to earn rewards, you can:

  • Drive consistent traffic to your platform.
  • Monetize user actions and task completions (through partnerships or ad-based revenue).
  • Encourage ongoing interaction with the app.
  • Build a loyalty system where users feel motivated to engage more and more.

Tasks can also be used to gather valuable data, improve user-generated content, or even crowdsource simple actions that can contribute to business goals—turning user participation into profit. With proper task management, you can create a sustainable ecosystem that benefits both users and app owners.
